Craft Your Life

Craft Your Life is a 12 week course, designed to help you listen to yourself and to grow and nourish a way of living that works for you, that helps you flourish. The course draws on ancient spiritual wisdoms from many traditions and the insights of modern psychology, to bring you a transformational experience that will help you cultivate a richer, fuller, more expansive life.
The course is split into three four-week modules:
1. Learning to Listen
2. Finding Your Purpose
3. Crafting Your Life
Each week you will receive a reflection based on the theme for that week, along with a suggested task and a further reading suggestion. The course involves a weekly two hour group video call 7-9pm each Thursday evening (BST), where you will create a co-learning space with your cohort, exploring the ideas of that week. 1-to-1 conversations can easily be arranged as well, if needed.
At the end of the course, you will have:
Met new people, made new connections and developed new friendships.
Digested powerful ideas and worked with three life-changing books (The Three Marriages by David Whyte, Essentialism by Greg McKeown and The Happiness Project, by Gretchen Rubin).
Integrated a number of life-transforming practices into your life.
Gained clarity regarding your 'ikigai' (your reason to get up in the morning).
Crafted a rhythm of life for yourself, including a loose daily, weekly, monthly and yearly structure, that works for you
The course has six places and costs £300.
As May Sarton reminds us, the pilgrimage toward true self will take "time, many years and places." The world needs people with the patience and the passion to make that pilgrimage not only for their own sake but also as a social and political act. The world still waits for the truth that will set us free - my truth, your truth, our truth - the truth that was seeded in the earth when each of us arrived here formed in the image of God. Cultivating that truth, I believe, is the authentic vocation of every human.
